I disagree with the idea that art only has value as entertainment.
I have two reasons to support my opinion.
First, art has economic value. For example, we often pay huge amount of money to attend our favorite artist’s concerts. Also, many art museums have a role in attracting a lot of people all over the world. These people often spend a lot of money in the area, boosting the local economy.
Second, art often enrich our daily lives. For instance, by listening to classical music, we are able to relax our minds, contributing to better mental conditions. In addition, we can learn various kinds of important lessons from stories such as comic books, dramas, and movies. In other words, it often gives us a sense of important moral values, leading to social stability.
From these two reasons, I don’t believe that art only has value as entertainment. (148 words)
